Lala's Helping Hand's offers home care positions with flexible scheduling to accommodate you and our clients. Our Caregivers' positions range from part-time to full-time jobs, with work at different times of the day and week. You can look forward to having a balanced schedule that enables you to progress professionally without sacrificing your personal life.

Our goal is to recruit CNAs, Companions, Certified Home Health Aides, and Live-Ins who share our values and have essential character qualities like patience, integrity, kindness, and empathy.

Caregiver Job Duties

Professional care duties will vary depending on the needs and requests of clients and families.

Common home care duties and caregiver job descriptions may include:

Assistance with daily living
Companionship and emotional support
Personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, etc.)
Laundry and light housekeeping
Meal planning and preparation
Medication reminders

Caregiver Certification, Training, and Experience

Some clients do not require special certifications, training, or experience. While Lala's Helping Hands always looks for experienced caregivers, prior experience is optional for most entry-level positions. Upon being hired, Lala's Helping Hands can help you obtain your Caregiver and CPR/First Aid certifications.
