Our Hourly Home Care program allows you or your loved one to manage a personal schedule, enabling us to be available to meet your needs. We create custom plans for our clients around the 24-hour day and adjust according to our free assessment. By helping with daily activities, our caregivers enable clients to maintain their normal daily routines. Hourly home care allows clients to use our caregivers on an hourly or as-needed basis. Surrounded by their possessions, pets, and a familiar environment, our clients receive the support they need to enjoy their regular activities and continue living well at home.

Patient Health Care:

Physical needs – bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and feeding.
Specific care as ordered for the patient
Medication Reminders
Transportation to medical appointments

 

Household Management:

Maintain daily household routines
Plan for care of patient as needed
Emotional support for the patient and other family members
Encourage maximum self-help for the patient

 

Maintain the Patient’s Environment:

Cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping and changing the bed linens in the patient’s room
Patient’s laundry and ironing

 

Food Preparation for Patient:

Plan for well-balanced meals; taking the patient’s special needs into consideration
Prepare and serve the patient’s meals
Food shopping can be done once per week
